  • The student should be a resident of Haryana.
  • Scanned copy of Caste Certificate.
  • Copy of Bank Account No.
  • Scanned copy of Marksheet Scholarship claimed. ( Self Attested)
  • Copy of Income Certificate.
  • Proof of at present studying in the institute/school(handwritten proof by Principal with Stamp at present studying in the institute/school).
  • Scanned copy of Haryana Residence Certificate.
